Casey Turns 17

Yesterday was Casey's 17th birthday and by the looks of it he wasn't too excited. He said that birthdays aren't as fun as they used to be. He had to go to work then all of his friends were either on vacation or busy so he hung out with us (which apparently we aren't that fun). Tomorrow we are all going to a beach house in North Carolina for a week and then Casey will go to EFY with his cousin Taylor in Virginia at Southern Virginia University for the second week. That sounds like a fun birthday to me!!!

Justin has been wanting a motorcycle for some time now and after many discussions with his Dad and Mom's he finally did it. Now we are all nervous when we hear him leave and grateful when we hear him return.

Abby's 9th Birthday

Abby chose to go boating for her family birthday party but it was too cold so we went bowling instead. We all had tons of fun!!!!

Annual Island Park Cabin Trip - Feb 2008

Each winter for the past several years we make our way up to Island Park Idaho where we stay in our friend’s (Doug Jackson) cabin. This year the snow was deeper than we have ever seen it. We had a great time snowmobiling, playing games and just hanging out and relaxing.

Disney Cruise Pictures - January 2008

We went with several of our friends and kids on a Disney Cruise last week. We sailed out of Cape Caneveral Florida. our first stop was in the Florida Keys, the second stop was in the Grand Cayman's where we swam with the sting ray's, the third stop was in Cozumel Mexico and the final stop was on the Disney private island "Castaway Cay". We had a great time and look forward to going again some day.

Justin & Jordan -- Utah State Bound

Casey goes undefeated in a weekend tournament up North at Roy High School and pushes his record to 10-0 this season. He is wrestling in the 103 pound weight class.

Cancun for MaryAnn's Birthday

I took MaryAnn to Cancun last week to celebrate her birthday. We stayed at the Royal Cancun http://www.realresorts.com.mx/The_Royal_Cancun/ which I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a 5 star all inclusive hotel in Cancun Mexico. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and beach during the day and dinning at the on-site restaurants at night. Here are a few pictures from the trip.
